MOZGII, Inc. is looking for one AI expert. Not a team and not a manager: the person who builds the models this platform runs on. MOZG is a marketplace across nineteen sites and ten languages, and nearly everything hard about it is a language problem. Understanding what somebody meant when they typed four words into search. Writing a listing's headline in the language its author wrote it in. Filing it into a tree of thousands of categories. Answering questions about all of it without inventing anything. What you would own - Search end to end: lexical and vector retrieval, the fusion between them, re-ranking, and the evaluation set that says whether a change made it better or only different. - The models that write for us, and the cost of every call they make. Credits are a product constraint here, not an afterthought. - Prompt, context and retrieval design as engineering rather than as craft: versioned, measured, reproducible, with a regression suite that fails loudly when quality slips. - The decision about what runs on a hosted model and what we run ourselves, and being right about it. What we need - You have shipped LLM systems real people used, and you can say what broke and what you did about it. - Retrieval and ranking are things you have measured rather than read about. Embeddings, hybrid search, evaluation harnesses, the unglamorous half. - Python. The backend is FastAPI, SQLAlchemy async and Postgres with pgvector. - Judgement about cost. Every call is charged against somebody's balance, so two percent better at ten times the price is a worse answer. - Six years or more of this, or work that makes the number irrelevant. Terms - Remote, full time. $12,000 to $20,000 a month, decided by what you have actually built rather than by where you live. - You report to me and there is nobody in between. - The AI surface is yours. MOZGII, Inc. is hiring influencers on contract. MOZG is where people find work, sell what they no longer need, hire help for an afternoon and keep a profile worth reading. What it does not have is anybody talking about it who does not work here. That is this contract. What you would do - Make one piece about MOZG for your own audience, in your own voice, on the platform you already post to. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, a newsletter — wherever your people actually are. - Use the product properly first, for a week at least. Everything you say about it has to be something you found yourself. - Say what is wrong with it as well. A review that only praises reads as paid, converts nobody, and costs you more credibility than it earns either of us. - Send people to your own MOZG profile rather than to a landing page. The profile is the product, and yours is the demonstration. What we need - An audience that is real and yours. Any size, any country, any of the ten languages we ship in. Ten thousand people who trust you beat a million who scroll past. - Numbers you can show: views, watch time, comments. Your own analytics, not a follower count. - One of the ten MOZG languages — English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, German, French, Japanese, Arabic, Russian or Korean. - No agency required, no exclusivity asked for, no long contract. One piece at a time, and we both decide afterwards whether there is another. Terms - Contract, remote, paid per piece: $250 to $2,000 depending on audience and format, agreed in writing before you record anything. - A MOZG Max account for the length of the contract, so you are reviewing the whole product rather than the free tier of it. - You keep the piece, the audience and the rights. MOZGII, Inc. is hiring its first live chat support agents. MOZG is where people find work, sell what they no longer need, hire help for an afternoon and keep a profile that is worth reading. Nineteen sites, ten languages, and a support queue currently answered by the person who built the product. That is the job: take it off him, and do it better than he does. What you will do - Answer live chat and email from members: sign-in trouble, a listing that will not publish, a question about plans or billing, human verification that failed. - Work the queue and keep it clear. Most conversations end in one good reply. - Escalate what you cannot fix, with enough detail that nobody has to ask the member the same question twice. - Write down what keeps coming back. The question you answer twice a day is the help page nobody has written yet. What we need - Written English that is clear, warm and quick. This role is typing, not talking. There are no phone calls. - A reliable connection and somewhere quiet to work your shift. - Patience with people who are frustrated, and who are not always right. - No degree. No call centre background. No experience. We train you, and the first two weeks are paid training. Nice to have, and genuinely optional - A second language, especially Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic or Russian. - You have bought or sold on any marketplace and remember what went wrong.
